- No new podcast this week, but here's a quick list of Wayninho's top ten albums of 2006. Commentary will be very brief.
1 - Silversun Pickups - Carnavas
Top to bottom a great album, plus two tracks that would be in my top ten tracks of the year list.
2 - Muse - Black Holes & Revelations
Lots of variety. I probably like very song on this. None so much as Map of the Problomatique
3 - The Little Ones - Sing Song EP
Best album I found on MySpace all year. Technically only an EP, but it still goes on the list.
4 - Built to Spill - You In Reverse
5 - Ferry Corsten - L.E.F.
I don't put much EDM on the podcast, but I do like it. Ferry's album was my favorite Artist album of the year.
6 - Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not
Believe the hype.
7 - Regina Spektor - Begin to Hope
Great voice, great melodies.
8 - ...And You Will know Us by the Trail of Dead - So Divided
9 - Imogen Heap - Speak For Yourself
10 - Rainer Maria - Catastrophe Keeps Us Together
